The role emphasizes mentoring General Managers, driving profitability, and maintaining the distinctive guest experience across markets while expanding openings and market reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume full-service restaurants.
• Proven ability to mentor General Managers and develop leaders.
• Strong track record in driving profitability and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple restaurant locations, ensuring exceptional execution of hospitality, operations, and financial performance.
• Develop and mentor General Managers and operational leaders, creating a strong pipeline of future talent.
• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, growth planning, and organizational development.
• Support restaurant openings, market expansions, and integration of new concepts and locations.
• Analyze operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Champion talent development, succession planning, and leadership training programs.
• Ensure consistency in execution while preserving the unique identity and culture of each concept.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Culinary, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Development teams to achieve company objectives.
• Serve as a visible leader and ambassador for the organization’s culture, values, and commitment to hospitality.
