Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Multi-Unit Director for Newark, DE to lead a multi-brand travel and restaurant operation. You will shape guest experience, drive profitability, and mentor a team across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.

This on-site leadership role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and growth opportunities. Strong operations, people skills, and a proven track record in QSR leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of multi-unit QSR/fast food/food court restaurant leadership experience (4-6 locations).
• Availability for a flexible, on-site schedule (approximately 50 hours/week) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
• Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Director in driving operational excellence and profitability across all food brands.
• Lead and motivate associates and leadership, fostering an engaging, high-performance work culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all concepts.
• Recruit, train, and retain strong teams to maintain outstanding service and staffing levels.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics, supporting strategies to maximize performance.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with HR, loss prevention, brand management, finance, and maintenance to support business goals.
