Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Hospitality Manager to lead the dining room, develop the hospitality team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience that drives a profitable operation.

You will recruit, train, and motivate frontline staff, ensure health and safety standards, coordinate FOH activities, and work closely with Kitchen and General Managers to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations of the restaurant dining room.
• Recruit, train, and develop the hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Deploy strategies to improve selling skills and the guest experience.
• Actively lead by providing vision, coaching, and feedback around the guest experience.
• Foster team cohesiveness and positive team working environment.
• Coordinate assignments of FOH staff to ensure labor efficiency and timely service.
• Oversee opening and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and beverage regulations.
• Work closely with Kitchen Manager and General Manager to ensure seamless customer service.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food quality or service.
