Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead dining room and kitchen operations, recruit and train the hospitality team, and maintain service standards. This role develops talent and ensures a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The supervisor will support managers in scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring food safety and sanitation compliance, while promoting teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to make decisions and guide staff.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the dining room and kitchen operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to ensure friendly and efficient guest service.
• Foster team cohesion and positive work culture.
• Oversee opening and closing activities and guest service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory as needed.
