Qualifications

• Experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the dining room and kitchen.
• Assist Managers with recruiting, training, and developing the hospitality team.
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Foster a positive team environment and manage opening/closing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor operations during peak times to maintain service quality.
