Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead and develop the FOH team, coordinate service, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in our Alexandria-area restaurant.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff; manage labor costs; uphold health and safety standards; collaborate with Kitchen and General Managers to deliver seamless service; and maintain a healthy, productive work culture.

Formación

• High School Diploma required and full-service management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop the hospitality team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation.
• Able to manage labor costs and staff schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the operations of the restaurant dining room.
• Recruit, train and develop the hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Deploy strategies, training and contests to improve selling skills and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
• Coordinate labor, scheduling and supervision to ensure efficient FOH operations.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and General Manager to deliver seamless guest service.
