Hooters of America LLC is seeking a Hospitality Service Support to warmly greet guests, seat tables, and support to-go orders while upholding the brand's high standards of service and cleanliness. You will help manage flow, answer questions about the menu, and assist with merchandise sales as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick service, and a friendly atmosphere, with opportunities to cross-train in multiple responsibilities across Host, To-Go, and Staff duties.

Formación

• Customer Service skills required to greet and assist guests.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

• Multitasks effectively across Host, To-Go, and staff roles.
• Knowledge of menu items, specials, and brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and seat parties promptly to ensure an excellent first impression.
• Assist in managing flow of restaurant by seating and coordinating with staff.
• Take To-Go orders accurately via phone, apps, or in person.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front of House and restrooms.
