Cross-training across three areas creates varied daily tasks and opportunities to engage guests. Applicants must be 17/18 or older, possess basic math, and have ServSafe certification if serving alcohol.

Qualifications

• 17/18 years of age or older.
• Valid ServSafe alcohol certification required for roles serving alcohol.
• Basic mathematical computation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating to ensure prompt, friendly service.
• Answer menu questions and highlight specials.
• Take and fulfill To-Go orders accurately via phone, app, or online.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across front-of-house and rest areas.
• Uphold Brand Operating Standards and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist in stock and bar area cleanliness where applicable.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely service during shifts.
• Be prepared, in uniform, and punctual for shifts.
