Hooters of America LLC. is seeking a Hospitality Service Support to provide an exceptional guest experience with a warm greeting, efficient service, and a clean, friendly atmosphere.

You will be cross-trained across Host, To-Go, and Staff responsibilities to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering menu questions, maintaining sanitation, and assisting with merchandise and bar areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage seating to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Answer questions about the menu and specials; assist with merchandise when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of Front of House, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
• Assist in stocking and cleanliness of the Hooters bar area and perform Food Runner tasks if needed.
• Support Brand Operating Standards with welcoming, courteous service and on-time shift readiness.
• Promote events and specials; communicate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
