Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately upon arrival and seat them.

• Answer questions about the menu and upsell merchandise where appropriate.
• Help manage seating flow to ensure efficient service and guest happiness.
• Uphold Brand Operating Standards and present a professional appearance.
• Stay aware of Events and Specials to inform guests.
