Qualifications

• Must be 17/18 years of age or older.
• Valid ServSafe alcohol certification for applicable roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and promote brand integrity.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Seat guests and manage the flow of seating to maximize service efficiency.
• Assist with to-go orders via phone, apps, and online platforms.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across Front of House and restrooms.
• Provide knowledge of menu items and daily specials to guests.
• Support merchandise sales as needed.
• Uphold brand operating standards and guest satisfaction.
