Job summary

Convive Brands is seeking a General Manager for Le Pain Quotidien in Beverly Hills. You will lead the restaurant with a focus on people, hospitality, and business performance, coaching a team to deliver memorable guest experiences while managing operations and finances.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years GM experience in full‑service hospitality, a passion for hospitality, and proven ability to drive results with strong ownership of P&L, labor, and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years General Manager experience in a full‑service restaurant or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead with energy, empathy, accountability and vision.
• P&L ownership and financial acumen, including forecasting, labor, COGS, inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant with focus on people, hospitality and business performance.
• Own guest experience, team development, and operational execution.
• Build and develop a high‑performing team and coach leaders on the floor.
• Manage food costs, inventory, waste, and operational variances to improve profitability.
• Forecast business needs and translate financial goals into clear team actions.
