Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien, part of Convive Brands, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead on the restaurant floor, elevate hospitality, and drive strong business results. You will balance service excellence with operational and financial performance while developing a high‑performing team.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of leadership in full‑service dining, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to hire and develop talent while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a full-service environment.
• Lead from the floor during service and coach the team.
• Experience managing labor, sales, COGS, inventory, forecasting, and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, engaging during service and coaching in the moment.
• Own the guest experience and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Develop people and culture, making team members feel valued and motivated.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and retain restaurant staff.
• Lead and coach leaders through opening, service, and closing shifts.
