Job summary

Le Pain Quotidien, part of Convive Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Westlake Village, CA. This hands-on leadership role partners with the GM to elevate service, coach staff, and drive restaurant performance.

You will manage labor, inventory, food cost, and COGS, contribute to P&L, recruit and develop talent, and ensure brand standards while maintaining work-life balance with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, hospitality group, or similar.
• Ability to lead from the floor and inspire a team during service.
• Proven track record of building strong restaurant cultures with accountability.
