Job summary

Peter Piper Pizza in Texas is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and coach team members to deliver hospitality and quality products. You will open/close the restaurant, manage tasks, and support profitability while maintaining a safe, engaging guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of supervisory or training experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant by following the appropriate checklists.
• Ensure the profitability of the restaurant through various means, including, but not limited to sales, control of labor costs and food waste, etc.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure all Team Members adhere to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Member and guests.
• Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow-up.
