Job summary

Peter Piper Pizza in Texas seeks a Shift Supervisor to drive daily operations, uphold hospitality, ensure quality products, and maintain a clean environment while coaching Team Members, Trainers, Team Leads, and Key Holders. You will open and close the restaurant, manage labor costs and waste, reinforce guest service expectations, train staff, and ensure compliance with all policies in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work in a retail/restaurant setting.
• 6 months of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant following checklists.
• Ensure profitability through labor control and waste management.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure all Team Members follow policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Assign daily tasks and follow up on performance.
