Peter Piper Pizza is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help execute restaurant standards and deliver a high-quality guest experience in Mesquite, Texas. You will lead and coach Team Members, ensure hospitality and food quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the venue.

The role emphasizes coaching, compliance with policies, and driving overall restaurant profitability while maintaining a positive guest environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age per local law for selling alcohol and serving guests.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant using the appropriate checklists.
• Ensure profitability through sales, labor cost management and waste control.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure all Team Members adhere to rules, policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests.
• Assign daily tasks to Team Members and follow up.
