Job summary

Peter Piper Pizza is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations with a focus on hospitality, quality products, and a clean environment. You will coach Team Members and Leads while upholding standards and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise daily tasks, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to profitability through effective labor and waste management, while promoting a safe, engaging experience for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or as allowed by local law.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months supervisory, lead, or training experience in hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills for POS and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant following proper checklists.
• Support profitability through labor and waste control and sales.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members and leads.
• Ensure all team members follow rules and policies.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
