Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (as required by local law for serving alcohol)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• At least 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Basic computer skills are required

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant following standard checklists
• Help ensure restaurant profitability via sales, labor and waste control
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations
• Train, coach and develop team members
• Ensure adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests
