Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory, lead, or training experience in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer skills for POS and operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant using the proper checklists.
• Help ensure restaurant profitability through sales, labor cost, and waste control.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Train, coach and develop Team Members.
• Ensure Team Members follow all rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all Team Members and guests.
