Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 6 months of supervisory, lead or training experience in restaurant/hospitality
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant following checklists
• Manage profitability through labor, waste and sales controls
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations
• Train, coach and develop Team Members
• Ensure compliance with all rules and policies
• Maintain a safe working environment and assign daily tasks
