Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs at check-in.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and uphold bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
