Qualifications

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

• Ability to educate and keep the branch team informed.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school or equivalent; ability to work flexible branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication; understand needs and check them into queues.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices and ensuring policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to enable 24/7 account access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits with Branch Manager.
