Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise daily branch activities, ensure accuracy in transactions, and uphold policy compliance. The role focuses on building client relationships, coaching staff, and guiding customers to self-service options while maintaining secure, efficient branch operations.

The position requires 1+ years in retail banking, weekend/evening availability, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
College degree or military equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them to the appropriate service.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
Support loss control, compliance, and audit readiness in daily operations.
