Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and queue them.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for seamless service.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits.
