Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to drive a welcoming client experience and oversee daily branch operations. You will partner with the Branch Manager to guide staff, manage cash devices, and ensure adherence to policies while building trusted relationships with clients.

You will educate and empower the team, promote self-service tools, and uphold high standards for compliance and loss prevention. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience and familiarity with branch operations.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to learn.
• Strong leadership, organization, and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and resolve client issues per bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and support with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure branch operations.
