The position requires at least 1 year of retail banking experience, flexibility to work weekends/evenings, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, and resolve client issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients at any time.
• Support all branch operations, maintain loss prevention, compliance, and audits.
