This role requires 1+ year retail banking experience, weekend/evening availability, and a commitment to educating colleagues and building trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations: cash devices, vault and ATM, ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options for around-the-clock access.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to ensure smooth operation.
