Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and promote exceptional client service. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain compliance, loss control, and a welcoming environment for both clients and team members.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to educating staff on policies and procedures, with flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Familiarity with branch policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to educate and develop the branch team.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekend and evening branch hours.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere; greet clients and manage lobby flow, scheduling meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues promptly with attention to policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, enabling 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support Branch Manager in loss control, compliance, audits, and overall branch operations.
