Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch operations, lead a team, and ensure a premier client experience. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager to maintain compliance, manage cash devices, and drive loss control while educating staff and guiding clients to self-service options.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and 1+ years in retail banking, with the ability to work weekends and evenings in a Branch setting.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and organized to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate the branch team and partners and keep them informed.
• Able to build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, resolving client issues promptly and accurately.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients, available 24/7 access.
• Support branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
