Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring accurate transactions and a high level of client service. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to enhance the customer experience, mentor staff, and uphold compliance with bank policies.

The role requires 1+ years in retail banking, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and a proven ability to manage lobby flow, cash devices, and audits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency with a focus on transaction accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and address specialized needs.
• Promote self-service options for 24/7 access to accounts.
• Support branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits.
