Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage onsite communication, and coordinate with staff and vendors to deliver flawless events.

The role emphasizes on-site service, proper equipment handling, and accurate paperwork. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional DOT considerations; candidates should have a valid driver’s license and hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual systems per job specifications.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain client relations on-site.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors for equipment and logistics.
• Accurate system entry and paperwork, including invoicing support.
