Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with guests and hotel staff, performing on-site checks, and addressing equipment needs promptly.

The role requires basic AV knowledge, a willingness to troubleshoot, and the ability to manage equipment sheets and billing-related tasks. Team members may work irregular hours in a hotel/convention center environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Customer Service: exceed expectations and maintain positive client relationships; check in with guests on site.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot and solve equipment and software issues.
