The Westin Monache Mammoth Lakes is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support sales, administration, owner relations, and the front desk. You will handle diverse office tasks and uphold confidentiality in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma with relevant coursework and 2+ years in hospitality or administrative roles. Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel is expected, with strong communication across all management levels.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with at least two years advanced course work in business administration, hotel management, or related fields preferred.
• Two years of hospitality, administrative, or customer service work-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management whether in person, on the telephone or in writing.
• Professionalism, strong attention to detail and follow through skills necessary.
• Knowledge of business machines and computers within a Windows operating system is necessary as well as proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
