Alterra Mountain Company is seeking an administrative professional for The Westin Monache in Mammoth Lakes, CA. You will support sales, administration, owner relations and front desk with a variety of operational tasks.

The role requires discretion, strong communication, and proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with relevant coursework preferred.
• Two years hospitality, administrative, or customer service work-related experience preferred.
• Must be able to exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management in person, on the telephone or in writing.
• Knowledge of business machines and computers within a Windows OS; proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
