Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and client success. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll while ensuring adherence to Towne Park standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, monitoring service metrics, and coaching team members to improve results. Travel may be required to support multiple locations and seasonal needs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred and a minimum of two years of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account performance for financial, guest/patient, and client satisfaction.
• Drive profitability and understand contractual terms to maximize opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and retain qualified associates; supervise scheduling and timekeeping.
• Maintain client relations, monitor service standards, and ensure timely reporting.
