Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Ossipee, NH.

Full-time roles with flexible scheduling offer rounds in the morning, no on-call or overnight duties, and team-based collaboration. Providers diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe treatments, and document via streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and an iPad

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.
