Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to older adults in skilled nursing facilities across Andover, MA.

Roles offer six-hour shifts, no overnight calls, and team-based collaboration. Responsibilities include daily rounds, managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing treatment plans, and documenting in an AI-assisted EHR.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board Certification from listed bodies.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.
