Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) invites Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing healthcare team serving residents in Agawam, MA.

These full-time positions offer six-hour shifts, no overnight calls, and opportunities to conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions in skilled nursing facilities. Clinicians will prescribe treatments, document with an AI-assisted EHR, and access real-time clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification from recognized bodies (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN/NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance and support.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
