Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL.

The positions offer flexible full-time scheduling with six-hour shifts and no on-call duties. You will conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and document with an AI Scribe-enabled EHR and company-provided iPad with LTE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification in approved boards
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document with streamlined EHR using AI Scribe and voice dictation
• Leverage UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance
