Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Escanaba, Michigan.

This full-time role offers six-hour shifts with rounds starting early, and no call or overnight duties. The compensation package is competitive, with incentives including retention bonuses up to 50,000 USD, performance bonuses, PTO, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification in respective field (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN/NCCPA).
• Geriatrics, skilled nursing, or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an AI Scribe-enabled EHR with voice dictation.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance; participate in a collaborative team-based care model.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
