Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board Certification as listed (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN/NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using the EHR with AI Scribe and wear an iPad with LTE.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
