Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care for older adults in skilled nursing facilities across Cahokia Heights, IL.

Roles offer full‑time schedules with six‑hour shifts, no on‑call duties, and collaborative, team‑based support. Providers will conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe treatments while documenting in an AI-enabled EHR.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board Certification in respective field.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance.

Education
