Job summary

These full-time roles offer six-hour shifts, no on-call or overnight duties, and opportunities to manage acute and chronic conditions with AI-assisted documentation and real-time guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Document patient encounters using an AI-assisted EHR and voice dictation.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access UpToDate for real-time clinical guidance
