Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities around Iron River, Michigan.

You will conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, document with an AI Scribe-enabled EHR, and use UpToDate for real-time guidance; full-time with flexible scheduling and generous incentives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board Certification required per credentialing guidelines
• Geriatrics/long-term care experience preferred

Join our growing healthcareteam providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Iron River, Michigan. We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Additional Facility Opportunities:

Carson City, Charlevoix, Crystal Falls, East Lansing, Escanaba, Mt. Pleasant and South Havens, Michigan.

Additional Opportunities Nationwide:

Illinois, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance.
