Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA) preferred.
• Geriatrics / long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
• Document efficiently using EHR with AI Scribe and company-provided iPad.
• Collaborate in a team-based care environment to improve patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnightresponsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
