Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Lima, Ohio. Positions are full-time with flexible scheduling and no on-call duties.

Roles involve daily rounds, managing acute and chronic conditions, and prescribing treatment plans, using an AI-powered EHR and company-provided iPad with LTE. UpToDate access is available for clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently in an AI-assisted EHR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of life.
