Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to older adults in skilled nursing facilities in Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL.

This full‑time role offers six‑hour shifts, no on‑call duties, daily rounds, management of acute and chronic conditions, and prescription of medications with streamlined EHR using AI Scribe on an iPad.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification in nursing or physician assistant scope.
• Geriatrics or post‑acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications.
• Document care efficiently using an AI Scribe–enhanced EHR on an iPad.

Position Highlights:
