This full-time role offers six-hour shifts, no call or overnight duties, and daily rounds to manage acute and chronic conditions with prescribed medications and treatment plans. Documentation is streamlined via an AI Scribe-enabled EHR on an iPad with LTE; UpToDate is available for

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using an AI Scribe-enabled EHR on an iPad.
