Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Archbold, Ohio.

This full-time role features six-hour rounds, no call, and a collaborative, team-based environment focused on geriatrics. The compensation package is competitive with uncapped productivity, retention incentives up to $50,000, sign-on and relocation assistance, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics, skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document using streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
